कोणताही गोड पदार्थ करायचा असला की साधारणपणे गुळ, साखर यांचा वापर सर्रास केला जातो. परंतु, कोणत्याही पदार्थाचं अतिरिक्त सेवन योग्य नाही असं देखील म्हटलं जातं आणि ते बरोबरही आहे..
🔴 हि गोष्ट गोड पदार्थांच्या बाबतीतही लागू होते. कोणताही गोड पदार्थ जास्त खाल्ला की त्याचा त्रास हा जाणवूच लागतो. त्यामुळे गोड पदार्थ हे कायम नियंत्रणात खावे. मात्र, काही गोड पदार्थने अनेक शारीरिक तक्रारी दूर होतात.

आयुर्वेदानुसार खडीसाखर ही शुक्राणूवर्धक आहे. ज्या जोडप्यांना बाळासाठी प्रयत्न करूनही गर्भ राहण्यास अपयश येत असेल तर त्यांनी खडीसाखरेचे पाणी नियमित पिल्यास चांगला फायदा होऊ शकतो. गर्भधारणेसाठी प्रयत्न करत असल्यास अक्रोड, केसर आणि खडीसाखर एकत्र करून खावी.

खडीसाखर खाण्यामुळे तुमची दृष्टी सुधारते. जेवणानंतर अथवा दोन जेवणाच्या मध्ये जर तुम्ही खडीसाखरेचे पाणी प्यायले तर तुम्हाला दृष्टीदोष कमी होतात. शिवाय मोतीबिंदूपासून तुमचा बचाव होतो. जर तुम्हाला खडीसाखरेचे चांगले फायदे हवे असतील तर खडीसाखरेची पावडर करून वापरा.

खडीसाखरेमुळे तोंडातील बॅक्टेरिया कमी होण्यास मदत होते. म्हणूनच जर तुम्हाला सतत तोंड येत असेल तर खडीसाखरेचा खडा तोंडात ठेवा. ज्यामुळे तुमचा हा त्रास कमी होईल शिवाय तोंड येण्यामुळे होणारी जळजळ आणि दाहही कमी होण्यास मदत होईल.
▶️त्वरीत फ्रेश वाटण्यासाठी
जर तुम्ही दिवसभर दगदग केली असेल अथवा तुम्हााला फार थकल्यासारखं वाटत असेल. तर नक्कीच तुम्ही फ्रेश वाटण्यासाठी खडीसाखरेचा वापर करू शकता. यासाठी प्रवासाला जाताना अथवा खूप दगदग करून घरी आल्यावर खडीसाखरेचा तुकडा तोंडात ठेवा. ज्यामुळे तुम्हाला नक्कीच बरं वाटेल.
▶️मानसिक ताण कमी करण्यासाठी
खडी साखर तुमच्या मेंदूला आराम देण्यासाठी आणि मानसिक थकवा घालवण्यासाठी फायदेशीर आहे. यासाठी दररोज खडीसाखर आणि अक्रोडाची पावडर दूधातून घ्या. ज्यामुळे तुम्हाला मानसिक शांतता मिळेल ज्यामुळे दिवसभर फ्रेश वाटेल.

▶️श्वसनाचा त्रास कमी होतो
श्वसन सुधारण्यासाठी खडीसाखर खूपच गुणकारी आहे. काळी मिरी आणि मलईसोबत खडी खा. ज्यामुळे तुमचा दम्याचा अथवा श्वसनाचा त्रास हळूहळू कमी होऊ लागेल. खोकला येत असल्यास तोंडात खडीसाखर ठेवल्याने दम्याची अथवा खोकल्याची उबळ कमी होते.

खडीसाखरेचा वापर स्तनपान देणाऱ्या महिलांना जरूर करावा. काळ्या तीळासोबत खडीसाखर खाण्याने महिलांच्या अंगावरील दूध वाढते. यासाठी काळे तीळ वाटून घ्या आणि त्यामध्ये खडीसाखरेची पूड टाका. दररोज नवमातांनी दिवसांतून दोनदा हे मिश्रण कोमट दूधासोबत घ्यावे.
▶️तोंडाला दुर्गंध येणं कमी होतं
बऱ्याचदा काही जणांच्या तोंडाला घाणेरडा वास येतो. तोंडाला दुर्गंध येण्यामागे अनेक कारणं असू शकतात. मात्र खडीसाखरेचा वापर मुखवासाप्रमाणे केल्यास तुम्हाला नक्कीच चांगला फायदा होऊ शकतो. बडीसोप आणि खडीसाखर एकत्र करून तुम्ही मुखवास तयार करू शकता.
